AR – Non-Inventory Billing Using Free Text Invoices

You don’t track inventory in D365, but you need to invoice your customers and manage your AR.
We’ll look at using Billing Classifications and Billing Codes to standardize your FTI’s and the tools available in the AR module to report and manage your receivables.

In this session we will look at the telemetry data feature now available to end users as part of the 10.0.30 release.

We will look at how to enable and configure this feature, how to query the data via the Kusto Query Language in Azure Application Insights, and the options for exporting and extracting the data to data analysis tools like PowerBI. We will also look at accessing the data via the Application Insights API.

The X++ development experience never stops evolving – are you up to speed on the latest trends? Between the ongoing improvement of developer tools, the advancement of version control technologies, the huge growth in Power Platform integrations, and the rise of fusion teams and citizen developers, the community is currently navigating a sea of change. Join Microsoft’s Ian Jensen for a live discussion of all of these trends and more!

In the past, developers needed to first deploy a package to PROD, taking the environment offline, before running a script to correct data. Now, using a new Microsoft feature, developers can deploy packages that contain a custom X++ runnable job without needing to use LCS or taking the PROD environment down.

In this session, learn how to write and deploy a custom X++ script to a PROD environment with zero downtime. Additionally, learn what form and security roles your user will need to be able to perform these actions. As well as tips for making sure you are updating your data safely.

This session will be a beginner-level introduction to the Asset Management (maintenance) module in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. This discussion will include real world case studies, specific examples, and common pitfalls.

In this session we will examine what functionality Extensible Data Security (XDS) provides, how to successfully setup and configure multiple real world end user scenarios, and the impact enabling this feature has on your user security. We will also discuss how this feature can help minimize risk within your organization and weigh that against the potential performance impact it can have.

In this session, we will talk about recent and upcoming features in the Supply Chain modules of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (planning, production, inventory, warehousing, purchasing, sales, costing, and asset management). We will focus on how these features may apply to your business and demonstrate key features.
