Cancellation Policy

We know that things are changing rapidly these days.  We’re trying to make it as easy as possible on you, though, if something comes up.

What if I can’t get there?

If your travel is restricted at the time of the event, we’ll give you a refund for your ticket.  You have up until October 31st to request a full refund for your ticket if you’re prevented from travelling or otherwise decide you’re not comfortable with an in-person event.  Email info@dynamicsuser.net to request a refund and cancel your ticket.  If you request a refund after October 31st, we’ll refund you via a credit for the next in-person event we offer.

What if Dynamic’s User Group cancels?

If we cancel, it’ll be because the hotel can’t host us, California has restricted large gatherings, or there’s some additional National restriction preventing travel or preventing us from hosting the conference.  In this case, we’ll postpone but work to reschedule the event.  You can either get a refund for your ticket or you can keep it and roll it over into whenever the event is rescheduled.
